The Role: Healthcare Recruiter

We’re hiring a thoughtful, quick-thinking, and deeply empathetic Healthcare Recruiter to help match incredible international healthcare professionals (from nurses, to physios) with the hospitals that need them. You’ll be one of the first human touchpoints in a candidate’s journey — building trust, assessing fit, and guiding them through a truly transformative career move.

What You’ll Do

• Own the candidate journey —Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding support, ensuring a seamless, supportive experience for each candidate.
• Build deep, human-centered relationships with candidates—understanding not just their skills, but their context, families, fears, and goals
• Understand candidate motivations, goals, and challenges
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the journey
• Maintain high-quality communication, organization, and follow-through
• Work in a fast-paced startup environment where things change quickly
