Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to become our team’s Candidate Evaluator. The ideal candidate will be committed and eager to grow in their career. This is a long-term opportunity to work with an innovative startup team!

As a Candidate Evaluator, you will play a crucial role in the hiring process by evaluating candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and requirements for the positions available. You will conduct preliminary screenings mainly through phone interviews, assess resumes, and collaborate with managers to support the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial technical screenings through phone interviews to evaluate candidates' background and eligibility
• Schedule screened candidates effectively on recruitment manager’s calendar
• Prepare candidate profiles and summaries for hiring manager review.
• Maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system and ensure data integrity and completeness.
• Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the screening process, providing feedback and information on the next steps.
• Continuously improve screening processes and contribute to recruitment strategies.
• Perform other various administrative tasks, including data entry, organizing files, and managing documents as needed
• Utilize tools like Slack, Notion, Google Sheets, and Airtable proficiently to streamline workflows and manage tasks effectively.
